Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how BiGLabs.Tech ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information across all of the mobile applications we publish on the Google Play Store (each, an "App", and together, the "Apps"). It applies to every App we offer unless that App displays a different policy. By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Each of our Apps is designed to collect as little as possible. Depending on the App, we may collect:
- Information you provide: content you create or enter directly in the App, such as notes, tasks, settings, or preferences. For most of our Apps, this stays on your device.
- Device & usage data: non-identifying technical information such as device model, operating-system version, App version, language, and anonymous crash and performance diagnostics.
- Identifiers: where applicable, an advertising or analytics identifier used by the third-party services listed below.
- Permissions: an App only requests the Android permissions it needs to function (for example, storage to save a file). You can grant or revoke these in your device settings at any time.
If a particular App collects no personal data at all, that is stated on its Google Play "Data safety" section.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the features of our Apps.
- Improve, personalize, and expand our Apps.
- Diagnose technical issues, fix bugs, and improve stability.
- Understand how our Apps are used, in aggregate.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:
- With third-party service providers that help us operate our Apps (see below).
- When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
Data Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Third-Party Services
Some of our Apps use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, governed by their own privacy policies. Where used, these may include:
- Google Play Services — policy
- Google Analytics for Firebase — policy
- Firebase Crashlytics — policy
- Google AdMob (only in ad-supported Apps) — policy
Remove any service an App does not use, and add any others it does.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
